2.Private agency licence holders are required to submit a proposal paper on the companys plan and the description of the operation completed with the following documents:
The document containing the terms of appointment of appointed branch manager (in terms of payroll, recruitment, payroll, etc.)
Resume of the branch manager
Payment documents (banking receipts or deposit slip) made by customers from the location of the proposed branch or Letter of Intent by the customers from the location of the proposed branch.
Certified copy of security vetting approval of the branch manager
