Client's Charter

  1. Managing Land Application to the Office of Director General of Lands and Mines, within seven (7) days from the date the complete application is received.
  2. Submit Complete Document for Land premium payment to the Finance Division within seven (7) days.
  3. Provide a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) within seven (7) days from the date of approval / decision.
  4. Issue a Letter of Intent to Consultant within seven (7) days for the scope of work to be completed together with the customer.
  5. Processing / signed contract documents are complete within four (4) months after the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) released.
  6. Processing / signed complete and orderly consultant agreement within 2 months after the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) released.
  7. Site meeting held at least once a month.
  8. Held Price Negotiations Meeting for an additional work within one (1) month from the date of approval.
  9. Carry out joint inspection within two (2) weeks after receiving the consultant recommendation in respect of Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) / Certificate of Non-Completion (CNC) of projects.
  10. Answering letters within fourteen (14) days from the date of received.
