Foreign Media Application

Foreign Media Companies are permitted to bring in their own staff to occupy the vacancies which require foreign nationals to fill the said position.

Immigration Affairs Division shall submit the acknowledgement receipt of foreign media application to the applicant within 1 working day after the application is received by the Immigration Affairs Division over the counter. Notification shall also be made to the applicant for application that is incomplete or not according to rules.

Immigration Affairs Division shall process and submit the decision regarding foreign media application within 14 working days after the duly completed application is accepted.
