Client's Charter

We pledge to provide efficient and quality services in:

  • Ensuring that news about any events of the ministry is included in the iMOHA News Portal within 24 hours of occurrence.

  • Supervising the process involved in the publication of the annual report of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

  • Preparing report on media coverage/media monitoring analysis within one week of the month end.

  • Ensuring that public complaints are dealt with in the following time frames:

    1. Acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) working days

    2. Feedback on complaints on which action is taken, whether resolved, in need of further investigation or unsubstantiated complaints, within 14 working days

    3. Feedback on valid complaints within 30 working days
  • Ensuring that blogs which continuously discuss issues of the Ministry of Home Affairs/any issue related to the ministry, are monitored

  • Ensuring that responses to the media are made within 24 hours of the time of publication
