Client's Charter

GUARANTEED CHARTER OF CHARTER OF PAROL

  1. Notify Parole Board's decision to the Malaysian Prisons Headquarters (IPPM) within one (1) working day from the date of the Persolence Appeal Board.

  2. Submit Parole Order to IPPM within two (2) working days from Parole Board Conference.

  3. Distribute dosage of prisoners to Chairman and Board Member of Parole within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of prisoner's dossier from IPPM.
